Only stayed one night but found staff efficient, room clean and pleasant, good night's sleep, what more can you wish for? Would stay again. Central location.

Very good hotel, for the expensive price I think that the breakfast should be included.

A comfortable, modern and clean hotel, very well situated for the city centre. Last stayed there a couple of years ago, and glad to see it's been updated to keep it 'fresh', particularly the apple PC/TV with free wi-fi. Disappointed to have to pay £8/nt to park - free last time, and no mention of it on the website. Even so, good value.

The 'average' rating for facilities/service was due to the room phone being out of order though the bathroom phone was working. We were in a disabled room which was very convenient but it was small. The welcome was welcoming! The bar and dining area looked very attractive although we did not take advantage of these facilities. Would stay again.
