The room was very cleaning and comfort, but it was very noise. If I stay in higher level, maybe the situation will be better!

Room is clean, but price is too high for this type of hotel. WIFI in hotel room work well.

Quite happy with my stay here. The room was clean and well sized, with a wonderful shower room - just the thing after a 12 hour flight. Staff were friendly snd helpful. The hotel was under some refurbishment but everything was clean and tidy. There is 4 flights of stairs before you get to reception, the ever present bellboy is there to take your luggage up, however, this would be an issue for disabled guests.

A very pleasant experience at this hotel, from the warm welcome at reception, and efficient and friendly staff. The room had fast free wifi, surround sound for music and tv, and a huge selection of dvd movies at just the flick of a button. The room was spotlessly clean and is very well designed to make full use of the limited space. The price was ok for the Easter Weekend.

I chose the hotel predominately due to location and convenience and in this respect it was excellent. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and the facilities simple and sufficient.

Really enjoyed staying here as it was clean and very modern inside the room. I stayed for $500 HKD a night and although it was small, which is expected for Hong Kong, I liked the location and great place if you are on a budget.

This is a great location, the room was small but big enough for me, and free internet is worth 100 a day in HK. So its a Great Deal

Excellent hotel if you're just looking for somewhere to rest your head. Well placed, but not too noisy, with a comfortable bed and good shower room. Not so good if you want to spend time in the hotel - the double room was just big enough for the bed and walking back and forth (well, this is Hong Kong) and facilities were limited (no breakfast, very basic reception/lobby, no view). It suits my travel style, so I would be happy to stay again.

Very clean and very friendly service. We arrived around midnight and the reception was very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are very cozy. The entertainment system with the LCD and mounted speakers with free access to music and movies was as a nice surprise. Great value for money, good location, will stay there again.

Room is very small with the bed and the shower taking up most of the space in the room. There is not much of moving space around. Part of the hotel is still under construction while I was there, hence it is not surprising that I cannot access the DVD collections advertised. This does not bother me as I did not intended to spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the Wanchai MTR station and is also not far from the A21 airport bus stop for easy transport to and from the airport.

Centrally located in Wan Chai on a busy street. 10-15 minutes walk to the ferry, to central, or to Causeway Bay. The hotel is actually a weird merger of two hotels, we lived in one while the reception is in the other one next door. Hotel is undergoing renovation/construction so there was some noise during the day on weekends coming from other floors/stairway. There were was also some construction noise from across the street, buses, and trams, although the windows do a great job of blocking street noise when closed. The room is modern and recently renovated. The room features an innovative audio/visual/lights system that is all controlled through your tv. A huge on demand video library is available for free to watch on the LCD tv with surround sound system. Lots of restaurants and a fresh fruit/meat/fish market a few blocks away.

This was a nice place and I originally was attracted to it because of the price and location. I paid around HK$1100 for 2 nights. The one thing I wasn't happy with was the construction even though I remember reading about it. It seemed to carry on quite late into the evening. Also, they charged me for the 2 bottles of distilled water that I drank. A bit strange since the material in their room said something along the lines of "water is provided" and you may also boil water. The price list mentioned a price for the mineral water- I did NOT drink the mineral water- only the standard distilled water that is normally free at hotels in Hong Kong. It seemed unclear to me. It felt a bit like a "gotcha".... Anyway, aside from that I liked the nice room (even though it was small). The location is excellent. Don't expect lots of facilities. Oh, my windows were frosted so I couldn't see outside. For a good price it's very good.

The hotel was great although it's quite difficult to get it because of the staircases before we reached the elevator with our huge luggages. Other than that, everything about the hotel is great. We really love the way they play with technology. Only one comment for hotel club, I was actually trying to book 2 rooms here. I started with one room first since the system didn't allow me to book 2 rooms at the same time. But when I tried to book another room, the system said there's no room available. However I tried to get somebody as they said we can have live chat with somebody. But it's really turn out that the chat was really useless. They cannot do anything in terms of help.
