We had to be moved to adjoining unit due to possum? in roof. This did not solve our problem as it simply moved during night. I cannot believe that previous tenant did not mention the noise to management.

Friendly reception on my arrival to Motel. Staff were eager to provide service when requested. The walking to distance to the local shops were an advantage. I would difinitely stay again when next staying in Mackay. Great place to stay.

This is my second stay this motel and have eaten in their restaurant as well The food is good quality and the portions are large. I found the staff ever ready to assist. i will stay there again when I next travl to Mackay.
