We were just looking for a hotel close to the airport and that is what we got. Overall, it felt crowded and hurried somehow. Had a little trouble communication with the oriental staff, but figured out the going and coming with the van. Bed was not 100%.

The shuttle from the airport ran out of gas, but they called for a backup and it was there in 10 minutes and that is really not their fault. We arrived at 10 at night and left at 8 the next morning. It was fine - a little loud in the morning but people trying to catch planes. The maids made the most noise with their clomping around above our heads. It was perfect for our purpose and a good deal pricewise compared to other hotels in that area!

If you need to stay close to SFO in a pinch and don't want to sacrifice comfort for an "airport hotel" you cannot beat the Millwood Inn and Suites. Our room was fantastic, the bed was super comfy and the complimentary breakfast buffet was very good. I'd stay there again any day.
