The reception was very helpful and allowed me to check in before 10:00 am when I arrived from the airport. Concierge also gave good service. Restaurannt staff are also friendly and helpful. I will recommend it to others.

As usual in Indonesia the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size although the bathroom was a little "tired" and could do with a spruce up. The location was convenient and I would stay at this hotel again.

Smoking should not be allowed anywhere inside unless in a separate smoking room. It is normally illegal in puplic places in Europe. And smoke-free rooms should be available.

I would like to recommend this hotel to my friends. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were well-trained and very helpful. I felt really relaxed during my stay.
