Wonderful location with superb views of the city from the rooftop bar. Room was large, clean, well maintained and quiet. Air conditioning was efficient without its operation being overly distracting. Breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. Would stay here again.

The hotel has good infrastructure, when you look at the overall product it does not give you a feeling of a 5 star property more on the lines of 4star for Asian standards. The frontdesk and concierge staff seem to lack the passion to deal with customers. As a customer one feels like just another number. The room that was allocated to us had great views, room lighting was too dull on the writing table or even in the mirrors. One evening we had no lights in the room for over 2 hours. Housekeeping supervisor should check the cleanliness hygiene on the toilet pot and the carpet, we could find urine stains on the floor and hair from previous guests. For the 4 days we stayed those were not cleaned. We were 2 adults and 1 child but there were only 2 towels provided on all days, and we needed to always ask for another. The breakfast is good and the staff are ready to please. For a leisure traveller there is no personal touch, staff are friendly but lack the desire to exceed expectations.

Great Hotel on the riverside in Bangkok, with free shuttle boats across the river to either Riverside Shopping area or Sky train station. Beautiful location, clean well maintained rooms, several restaurants on site. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

A three year old great hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Great food not least the breakfast buffet. Two wonderful skybars! Laid back riverside bar. Enjoyable pool area. Expensive but nice spa. Very helpful reception etc. I'll certainly cme back.

The hotel offer wellcome fruit basket and chocolate. Staffs are nice and service is good at the whole only that the staff serving breakfast is a sort of too busy and thus giving slow response.

We booked a suite with lounge access. We had a great stay. Check-in was a breeze as we were led to the lounge to enjoy a drink while check-in was done by the staff. We did not have to wait at the lobby. Our suite on the 28 floor had magnificent views of the river and city. Service was fantastic. Everything was great.

Conscierge service particularly poor and they tried to cheat us by insisting that we use their limousine services when we requested that they book us alternative service to the airport with AOT or some other service. we had to have the Duty Manager intervene but did not receive and explanation or apology for the attempt to take us for a ride - we guessed that the transportation service had been subcontracted or it was a scam - charging the guests a reduced rate for a car that was 'returning with guests from the airport', the charge being pocketed by the conscierge. reflects very poorly on the hotel and is a thing of the past for Bangkok.
