Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Guest Reviews
Everything was as w would wish. The Millennium club was a bit of too much, except that the breakfast without it was outrageously priced at over £15 per person for a very nice buffet. The concierge was a wonderful source of information and assistance. Problems were taken care of almost immediately. All in ll if I were to go back to London I would go back to the same hotel.

A pleasant enough place, but I was splurging a bit and would have liked if in exchange for all that money they'd at least gotten me the sort of room I requested. Neither breakfast nor internet is included in the price and there is no wifi.

Room service was pretty inefficient. They took my room number down incorrectly and therefore I didn't receive my order for over an hour. I had to call to find out where my food was - that was when they told me they had taken my room number down incorrectly! I also thought that the room was pretty basic for a 4-star hotel. I don't think I would rush to stay there again. Stayed there because I was attending a conference at this hotel.

The conceirge sent out bags to the wrong room & I had to speak to the reception twice to find out what was going on as my bags haven't arrived in the room after 1.5hours. One of the guys at the conceirge wasnt particularly helpful & friendly until he realized they made a mistake with the bags. He then insisted the reception gave the wrong room number. Apart from this chaotic experience, the hotel is otherwise ok, great location but a bit worn out.

No way are these rooms worth the full price of £525 night. If you're a leisure traveler then stay elsewhere. This hotel is geared towards business travelers to London. Room service was abysmal, took 12hrs and 3 calls to request a toothbrush, TV wasn't working and check-in took an age. There's no mention on the website or from the hotel that car parking costs £35 a night, breakfast is a rip off £17.50 and just to have internet access in your room is another £20 per night - none of these costs are included in your room rate. Unfortunately a prime example of rip off Britain. Plus side its about 100yds from the underground station.
