Great concierge and fabulous location. Classy entrance and comfortable rooms. Great value.

the location was amazing - especially if you're tubing it in from Heathrow... great surrounding neighbourhood with easy access to all the necessities... 20min walk to Knightsbridge and Harrods... the rooms were fairly large-sized and quite modern still... a little worn, but not something to complain about... only the bathrooms need a little work as mine had a temporary shower curtain erected - but water pressure and temperature were good... all in all - good value for money and great stay!

Everything was as w would wish. The Millennium club was a bit of too much, except that the breakfast without it was outrageously priced at over £15 per person for a very nice buffet. The concierge was a wonderful source of information and assistance. Problems were taken care of almost immediately. All in ll if I were to go back to London I would go back to the same hotel.

A pleasant enough place, but I was splurging a bit and would have liked if in exchange for all that money they'd at least gotten me the sort of room I requested. Neither breakfast nor internet is included in the price and there is no wifi.
