very comfort hotel n good airport transfer by black bus. but the reception staff service need to improve.

Ideally located in regards to Airport. For someone wanting to see Paris would recommend something closer to Paris. Great for what we needed

I stayed in this hotel one night due to an early flight. The free black bus to and from the airport is very convenient. The breakfast in the morning starts at 5:30 and it's very good. The staff was helpful. The room was comfortable. The black bus also goes to the train station so it must also be possible to Paris easily.

The stay for 3 nights was fine, but if you need service there is a problem. The number given for Room Service did not work so I had to go via the reception. A couple of times I had to wait over a minute or two for someone just to pick up and once they put me through and someone picked up the phone on the other end, left it off the hook for 2 minutes and then hung it up again. Also, the English of the Room Service menu was not entirely accurate.

We were in transit from CDG airport, so this hotel ticked all the boxes. Everything we needed was there.
