J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel du 20 au 21 novembre 2011 et je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite. Cet hôtel au confort passable aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf, les équipements sont usés et ne semblent pas très propres. Le service de restauration et la restauration de leur pub est une véritable catastrophe (attente +++, qualité - -). Et si par malheur vous utilisez leur service téléphonique attendez-vous à recevoir une facture astronomique. Il m'a été présenté un montant de 73€ alors que pour le même service la veille (même temps, même distance) dans un hôtel parisien il m'a été demandé 7€ (prix coûtant). A aucun endroit n'est indiqué les tarifs que l'hôtel pratique.

The bed was uncomfortable, the wifi only worked in some locations in the lobby. The hotel computers were not working. Tired hotel.

Shuttles are full and not very ponctual. The staff is not very helpful (too many people to deal with).

I have used this hotel on a number of occasions and will continue to revisit it when needing a Paris airport hotel.

this hotel is no longer a 4 star establishment. The only good feature I can come up with is that it was close to the airport. One big issue was that no one at Charles de Gaulle knew where the shuttle bus went from. We were sent to one terminal, when in fact it was at another. Having just come off a 24 hr flight, we were then stung by the cabbies to the tune of 30 Euros for a 5 minute trip. Overall, not recomended.
