The location is second to none. You will pay a hefty price for that location, though. There are really no amenities for what you are paying. The staff was great.

Overall good...staff at front desk very helpful, at the restaurant that's another story ...I probably could have made my food and drinks quicker if I did it myself. Can't beat location, 5 blocks from grand central and 300 yards from time square.

Hotel was in perfect location for midtown. Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and very comfortable. Quiet even though we were very close to elevator. Will definitely plan to stay there again!!

Given that this was my children's first trip, I decided to stay in Times Square and opted to upgrade to the "Superior" room on a higher floor (25 and above) to enhance their view. Of course, my room wasn't ready when I arrived at 2:30 and the front desk told me to come back after 4 pm. When I arrived at 7 pm they gave me the key to a 16th floor room and when I asked about my "Superior" room, they said that they didn't have one available (though our traveling companions were given a "Standard" room on the 25th floor at 2:30 pm). The room we got had an obstructed view of a trash strewn landing. We couldn't even see the street, though we had a great view of everyone else's cigarette butts. The manager called and told me they gave me an upgrade since we got two queen beds. RIGHT! She said all she could do was move us the following day, which would have required us to repack, check-out, and check back in. Exceptionally unhelpful. Our upgrade didn't even have a coffee maker. Skip this hotel in your search.

A very convenient hotel close to Time Square. We have stayed here on previous occasions and always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and the hotel very clean.

Under the bed there were some old starbuck coffee cups, and some other left over from previous quests. And not to forget the beer price in the hotel lounge was more expensive then at hotels that are way classier. But all in all, good hotel but would take some other hotels because of the price.

Excellent Hotel and staff. We were complimentary upgraded, my son is deaf and they installed a caption reader for the TV, to allow him to keep up with current news etc. with the aid of text. We would highly recommend this hotel, it is ideally located in the heart of times square. 5* staff on hand at all times.

It would have been good to have a coffee making machine and a warning not to use the mini bar fridge by moving the bottles otherwise you get charged as they hace sensors. But great location and a great hotel.

We spent 2 days at the Millennium in July 2002 and absolutley loved it. Located only a couple a doors off the centre of Broadway was super handy. The hotel itself was ultra modern and much larger than we had expected for a NY city hotel. We will be back
