My husband & I in our fifties from Australia ) stayed at budget hotel Mikotel. The location was walking distance from train, bus, old city and gates of dawn, supermarket and markets accross the road. It was everything we wanted from budget hotel. Staying budget allows us to travel and see more. While internet access was not available, we could get it free with their sister hotel around the corner, and they had a nice cafe & bar there also. Reception was helpful, with enough english spoken to be of assistance. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, reasonably priced & located very near the train station & close to old town. Have stayed in far worse.

A short walk into the old town. Breakfast was a bit scant and there was no internet available, otherwise okay.
