very nice hotel, however cusotmer service by reception staff was very poor, they dont smile, you just dont feel welcome

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Mike Garden. The location was far away enough from the 'night life' to not be bothered by it; which was important as we were traveling as a family. (3 people in 1 room) The hotel itself was clean, spacious, well kept, had a single and a double bed in our room. A bathtub and a standing shower with real hot water and good pressure. The only issues we had was that the internet wouldnt work on the 8th floor. Its free in the lobby. Also there was no coffee pot in the room so family mart was our goto for coffee. The hotel had free drop off and pick up to Mike shoping center close to walking street. There is a family mart a few footsteps away from the hotel for sandwiches, drinks etc. Tesco was 7-10 min walking distance away and Big C shoping center was abt 15 to 20 min away by walk. We walked everywhere even to walking street which took us 2 hours... Everyone was very welcoming and we wish we stayed longer than a week!

Not close to the beach but upper floors in Building B is excellent location to see the panoramic view of the New Year firework. Limited parking lots. Superior rooms are bigger than average, 1 queen size bed & 1 twin bed.

The hotel was very good. Clean and neat rooms, great pool and gym, really great foyer area with free internet access. It's a little bit in the middle of nowhere. Taxis and needed but are cheap. Our aircon stopped working in the middle of the night but they moved us to another room which was even better.
