It was verey average. The location however is pretty good, just 5 minutes walking distance to the Prudential Towers. Other hotels not that far away provided complimentary breakfast at that price. Ok for one night stay.

this hotel is older And decor very retro but the room was spotlessly clean and the staff really helpful. Right on subway line and close to many sights. For the price and fantastic location it couldnt be better.

The staff at the front desk and concierge desk were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is a little older, and not fancy, but clean and in a great location. It's just half a block from the Symphony subway stop, a couple blocks from the Prudential Center and a few more from Copley Square.

This hotel is probably fine for students and folks on a budget, but if you're going to Boston on business, you're better off paying more at a different hotel. The internet access is spotty at best, cell phone reception on AT&T network didn't work 90% of the time and the general condition of rooms was a bit sub-par. Bathtub drain clogged, TV reception poor, etc. Spend the money and book at a bigger/better equipped hotel.

Nothing flash and not necessarily cheap compared to other hotels we stayed in whilst in the US. However, by Boston prices, it was more 'budget-priced'. Most importantly, however, it was well-located and very, very clean with spacious rooms.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Midtown Hotel Boston. Once again we found the staff very friendly, helpful and very professional. The location is brilliant, easy access to city center by walking or by the T. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and would stay there again when visiting Boston.

Fine place to stay due to location...near Symphony Hall, Huntington Theater, Thornton cafe for fine inexpensive breakfast, good ethnic restaurants, public transportation. Also easy to reach by car, and has on-site parking (at extra charge).
