The Mida City Resort Bangkok is an ideal location if you want to get away from the crowded city centre of Bangkok, yet not be too far from the action. Located at Laksi intersection, this hotel is approximately 25 kilometres from downtown Bangkok business area and 50 kilometres away from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Lovely big rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast ok. Temple activities nearby very noisy but it adds to the flavour of going on holiday and experience of a new culture. All in all will stay again.

Night staff lack discretion and decision making process for any issues that arise is slow. Generally staff are professional, very friendly and eager to help.

Good hotel with good and friendly service, excellently located if using Don Muean domestic flight airport but a little too far if wanting access to center of city.

The hotel is obviously suffering allround from the move of Bangkok airport. It is a 50 minute taxi ride 800 baht to the hotel. When I checked in, my jacket did not make it to my room. It disappeared between the taxi and the room. Mattresses and room service food that was outside my room at 8pm when I checked in was still there the following morning at 7am when I checked out. The receptionist on check out was on her own checking in people, checking out people, cashier and operator and as a result haddling 4 people at once took half an hour to check me out. Obviously cost cutting in the hotel.
