Microtel has always maintained its facilities very well. The rooms are small, but so is the price, but if you need more room they have suites available that have microwaves, refrigerators, and kitchens. You cannot beat the value, especially when you compare it to other lower priced motels and even many of the quality motels.

This hotel was clean and very quiet. The heating unit was quiet, but seemed to make the room hot when it ran and then it cooled off noticeably when it shut off. The television had a rather grainy picture. Breakfast was included and while not elaborate, tasted good and that area was very clean also. I would stay there again. For the money spent, it was not a bad deal at all.

I originally sign on for one night. but need to stay an extra two nights, they were very helpful, with my questions and informing me of the best possibilities due to how fast they fill up during the week due to mayo clinic. They informed me to call back by 12pm to rent the room for an extra day, which I did hen I need the room for one more day after that, so I booked the room for 2 more days.

Very nice hotel, but walls are paper thin. Had to listen to conversations on both sides unless we turned TV up

Hotel was clean, but the 3rd floor is a previous smoking floor from a year ago. I could smell it in the room. The front desk explained this to me before I accepted the room. If you stay here ask for the 1st or 2nd floor and you will have a nice value.
