The staff was helpful and nice, even to Really Old People Who Moved Like Glaciers. The location was good because Rt. 95 was easy to get to. They had free tea and coffee all day. The free breakfast included peanut butter. The room included a fridge and microwave for my Philly Cheese Steak. Hey, you wanna heated pool and concierge service, go pay for it. This place was fine for touristy stuff in Philly.

This was our second time staying there. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Very close proximity to the airport and to the train station. Made for an easy commute into center city Philly.

This works as a place where you need to rest to or from PHL airport. The manager was solicitous and the shuttle drivers were very helpful. On the other hand, the rooms needs attention to lighting (the large fluorescent lights behind bed need to go) and upkeep of basic furnishings - several damaged/broken components were seen. For the most part, the cleanliness of the rooms were okay although, at one point, I did notice an odd smell from part of a carpet in a room. The location is convenient for reaching the airport and the shuttle hours enabled ready access between the hotel and airport.

I had a smoking room with two queen beds, but I needed a friz so they upgraded me to a suite.
