Had a two room suite for 3 nights, paid $46 and some change per night. Great room, super location close to downtown Gatlinburg and main street. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great value for the money Children and pet friendly. Would stay there again

great room and great location, and super great value! paid $46 and some change for a two room suite per night. Very clean, low noise, and very easy access to downtown Gatlinburg shops and main street. Kid and Pet friendly, Friendly staff, a good value for the price, will stay there again.

We did not have a experience at this hotel. We were only three hours out and we received a call from Microtel telling us even though we had a booked reservation and a confirmation there was no room waiting for us. They gave us Orbitz phone number and Orbitz told us they would refund are money. No offer to find us another place to stay.

Staff was pleasant. Rug had a fairly large stain. Bathroom sink had lots of cracks. Soap and towels were provided, that's all. No shampoo, etc. The continental breakfast was ok the first day (Wed), the next day they ran out of bananas and by the 3rd day, there wasn't any fruit at all or any yogurt. Location is very convenient, you can keep your car at the motel and walk into town, where there isn't any free parking. It is also right across the street from the convention center, where there was a craft show.

the staff was rude to me at first visit but the night staff was nice ..rooms a bit outdated but for the price they were ok,, great showers,, very short walk to town was nice good tv and ac the whole place needed a good cleaning rooms were livable and small but for the price not bad would stay there again 2 stars
