Microtel Inn & Suites Ann Arbor Plymouth Road Guest Reviews
Our bed was mushy and totally uncomfortable our coffee machine did not work and the wake up call never came due to a telephone malfunction. Plus you overcharged us for our room because we were informed after the fact that if we had book without your serve our room would have cost us $20.00 less. I will never use your service again. But Thanks to my wife's built-in alarm clock we made our appointment on time.

this was your basic bare bones hotel. it was clean. and is fine as long as you are just planning on sleeping there and tooling around ann arbor.

This hotel is in an excellent location for my business trip, easy to get to downtown or north of the city, Nice, clean rooms, quiet, lots of hot water. I did not have the breakfast so I can't comment, great value for the price. Jan

Very good. Much better than expected. The windows open which is good. Very safe feeling as a female traveller.

This hotel is located with easy access to US 23, which makes getting in and out easy. It offered basic amenities, but it was good value for money. The room had a musky smell. Breakfast could be improved. Coffee was awful. Wireless Internet did not work. Would recommend only to a friend looking for an inexpensive basic room.
