Microtel Inn Rochester Henrietta Guest Reviews
I realize this is a budget hotel but the room was very tiny. The bed took up the whole room, getting around it was interesting. The bathroom was old, sink all cracked and mold growing in the shower knob. We stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned during our visit which was disturbing.

The hotel was convenient in location. Staff was new so not the best but she tried. Room was so-so. For an empty hotel they always stack one room on another... guy next door talked on cell all night. Paper thin walls did not help it out. But for the money, it was good.

No one would mistake this for a "destination" hotel (bring your own shampoo) but if your focus is on activities outside the hotel, this is a bargain. The room/hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fine. If you are there to start the day off right without spending a fortune, this is a good choice.

Fit my needs while visiting my son for parent weekend at RIT , close to airport and school. Morning breakfast buffet could have offered different coffee varieties. This was my first experience at this hotel.

Nothing special, but clean basic rooms with free wifi, calling and breakfast. Walls are thin, however, if the person next to you showers at the crack of dawn.
