I booked a 2-night stay [...]. My flight was delayed and I arrived the following day, making it a 1-night stay instead. I had called as soon as the airline delayed the flight and [...] said they would refund me if Microtel would approve it. Microtel flatly refused to. As customer service goes, that makes for a lousy experience.
