Value for money as the facilities have been refurbished. It is excellent for a family stay. Staff are polite. Highly recommended for a 4star stay.

The Micasa All Suite Hotel was an secluded and classy hotel. The food was excellent. The cleanliness was superb. However the service required improvements. The power went out for 10 minutes, there was a false fire alarm, the door handle was broken on the room door, and Internet in the hotel was down for at least 24 hrs, and there were no concessions for the inconvenience. I felt internet service should have been complimentary with the daily rate. Other than that I enjoyed my Micasa experience. Thank you.

May be the hotel could fix a water hose connected to the toilet bowl for easy washing after using the toilet.

We arrived at 11am & was plesantly surprised that the hotel agreed to our request to check in early.
