Great view from the mountains from the room. Getting to the hotel on the first day took a bit of effort walking from Interlaken Ost station. Once we got to the hotel we were give the travel card which allowed us to travel for free on the buses which helped with getting back to the train station for the trip up to Jungfraujoch.

The Metropole is located within walking distance from the Interlaken West train station and the Interlaken Ost train station. Essentially, it is situated in the middle between these 2 train stations. The breakfast provided by the hotel is exceptional. Unfortunately, during special occasions, you may be disturb by the noisy crowds late at night. Otherwise, its value for the money paid.

Beautiful view on the Jungfrau, clean room, good facilities. I visit this hotel since 30 years and I still want to come back.

The hotel is very good value for the money, good location, facilities were good and the staff always very courteous. In common with many modern hotels it hasn't got a great deal of character once you leave the main areas but there was a lot of open space in the reception and dining areas, and the food was good and plentiful

The kindness of the staff was very good. The location was too good of our room. The Hotel is very near to the Train station. We enjoyed our stay.
