"The hotel is very good value for the money, good location, facilities were good and the staff always very courteous. In common with many modern hotels it hasn't got a great deal of character once you leave the main areas but there was a lot of open space in the reception and dining areas, and the food was good and plentiful"

"I would have given TOP marks for the facilities if only there had been tea / coffee making facilities in the room. I love a coffee last thing at night and first thing in the morning but room service adds a lot to your bill - and sometimes you just cant be bothered to go out to get one ! Other than that, this hotel is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !"

"The staff was very helpful. My only complaint was that one evening after we had returned late we found that we had no toilet paper - the maid didn't leave us another roll to replenish. There was no phone list for the main desk, housekeeing, etc., so we had nobody to call. We had to go down to the front desk to tell them. The breakfast was very nice and delicious. The drinks were a little pricey in the bar but I found that to be so in Switzerland. The room was very nice and very comfortable."
