The hotel was under renovation. We were not informed of this at any stage so when we turned up it was hard to find the hotel as it was covered in bamboo scaffolding and you could not even see the building or the entrance. The entire foyer/reception is under renovation and there was no room for the dozens of people waiting around in there. No access to stairs and had to wait in a crowded reception area for the elevator with a dozens of other people all squashed up waiting also. No western restaurant or Western options at breakfast, the hotel only caters for Chinese customers. The LOUD renovations going on began at 8am so we couldn't get proper sleep and had to get up as the noise was unbearable you had to get out of the room. Stayed in a newly renovated room, which was cheaply renovated, but at least it was clean. The only positives of this hotel are the location and the staff. All the staff we encountered during our stay were just lovely, very friendly and helpful.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff and clean. The location is strategic too.

staff are not helpful. request them to assist to book a taxi to airport, but, they advised us to get taxi ourselves outside, and never border to tell the exact location of the taxi station. breakfast is poor.

ใกล้เซนาโด้มากๆ (ใกล้กว่าซินทราอีก) , staff มีความ friendly มากๆ มาถามว่าจะให้ทำความสะอาดมั้ย ทั้งๆที่วันนั้นไม่ได้แขวน make up room ที่ประตู ,, ใกล้ห้างนิวเยาฮันแค่ข้ามถนน, ,มีรถบัสของโรงแรมทุกครึ่งชั่วโมง แต่จะไปส่งที่ท่าเรือ ถ้าจะไปสนามบินต้องต่อรถไปเวเนเชี่ยน , ถ้าอยากไปสนามบินโดยตรงโดยไม่ต้องไปต่อรถที่เวเนเชี่ยน ให้มาขึ้นที่แกรนเอมเพอร์เร่อจะมีรอบรถบัสอยู่ โดยไปที่ชั้นสามของแกรนเอมเพอเร่อ เพื่อขอ ticket สำหรับขึ้นรถบัสของโรงแรม ไปที่ airport

no internet service, why? abnormal air condition service, why? my personnel bad situation: the room card also got problem! except for better location, all other things is not satisfactory.
