thought it comfortable in general there. the location handy and the staff charming, helpful and pleasant. i liked the decor and colours used in the room. a group of Chinese mainlanders (presumably) arrived late one night and took over the floor - banging doors, yelling down the corridor, what a racket it was. i suggest these groups and families with little kiddies be put on their own special floor, so the rest of us can get some rest!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best decision we made. We will stay here again. Staff and room were excellent.

We booked this hotel baced on reviews and were happy with both the location and quality of this hotel. The staff are great friendly and helpful, right down to finding a cardboard box for posting home that extra baggage. We stayed on the 17th floor (Metropark club floors)and the price although more expensive than the standard rooms was worth it. Personalized check in on the 17th floor, club lounge access for breakfast and drinks as well as free internet both WiFi and bench top (Located in the business center) checking emails or using Facebook nothing could be easier. The club lounge has happy hour for 5:30 to 7:30 each night and relaxing with free snacks and drinks and its is the perfect way to top off a busy day shopping or sight seeing in Hong Kong. Thanks to every one who made our stay so enjoyable

its location is perfect. Itself is in a silent area but only take a little walk can reach the most busy area Mongkok. The staff is very good service.

Bus from Airport stop outside hotel roadside while it is still raining like cate and dogs. No compassion to even drive into the shelter for us with so many kids and 2 elderly of 80+ and 1 of 60+. Shuttle service to location sucks... Not to real destination and waiting time for it is very long....! Upstairs to register while family waiting at ground floor and after everything is done, you have to go down stairs to inform everyone to carry their own lagguage to rooms... Sucks....!
