Staff are really great. Continental breakfast could be better. The rooms need to be refurbished. The beds are very comfortable & it was nice to arrive with the room nice and warm.

Attention needs to be paid to maintenance & presentation.The ability to request a quiet room would be great, due to its location directly onto a very major road. Information of nearby eating facilities would be of great assistance, as well as up to date info on the use of the TV.

Room was adequate although bathroom fittings old and shower head loose and would not stay up - very annoying. Carpet badly stained as well.

Had a great stay. It's a basic hotel, but for the money I was paying, that's what I expected. I stayed for a week with me 7 week old baby. Cot was all made up when I got there. Plenty of free parking, had a laundry on site, fridge and kettle in room (good when you have a baby), staff were friendly, great location. Plenty of hot water for a shower. I would definatley stay there again. They just need wireless internet. And it would be good if the restaurant was open on weekends and did room service for breakfast.

Friendly reception staff but we were not told, on arrival, that the restaurant was closed - so no cocktail bar or restaurant. Rubbish bin in the room was emptied but the bed wasn't made!! One good thing - big carpark. This place needs a serious refurb.
