Very comfortable with everything at your fingertips. Staff were extremely helpful with all requests. Wish we had known about this motel on previous visits to Brisbane.

was promised an exective upgrade that never happened! but overall was handy to everything and clean and tidy, ideal for few nights stay, hotel staff were lovely, restaurant staff could be friendlier!

If you are unfortunate enough to stay here, beware of room 805. Described as a "semi penthouse" it is a cupboard built on the roof. Take elevator to floor 7. Drag luggage up two flights of stairs, through "exit" door to roof, walk across and enter the cupboard, Very small. Low roof. Toilet not fixed to floor. Complained and was upgraded to a standard room at extra cost. On settling a/c at check out, complained to manager who was decent and listened to our concerns. Waived upgrade fee and food and beverage a/c. He did at least try to pacify us - but never again for either this hotel group or the "Club."

The views were breath-taking. We were on the 8th floor, facing the city, views as far as Southbank. Old, but very friendly hotel. And great price!

All staff encountered were very courteous, friendly and proficient; a good atmosphere. Parking being free was great but a little confined.
