" friday till sunday, piece of biscuit and lolly on floor. Dirty drawers in bath room. Left drawers open so they could see.Only had two bath towels one towel on the second day had to get another sent up, took about an hour. no hand towels. Room booklet says they can arrange a rental car delivered to hotel. went to reception to organise a car they were blank didn't appear to understand what we wanted and gave us a tourist book which had some rental companies advertised. After they rang four different companies we gave up.We needed one for a day as most of our time was spent at organised functions we wanted to see my niece on our last day in Perth. We went downstairs to see friends off at 8.50 and then went back to our room. Cleaners were in the room had stripped the bed when we walked back in. My husband asked what time was check out, they said '10a.m.' He then asked what was the time, reply '9a.m.' so he told then to get out and close the door after them."

"Old and run down but getting a facelift - but the location and price are a winner - and the rooms are really quiet and the views across Perth are hard to beat."

"It has to be to the best value in town at current star rating. The staff are curteous and reliable."
