Pleasant one night stay. Took a queen bed for myself so I slept comfortably. Room was clean so happy with that. Slightly old in terms of toilet and shower but it is not a new establishment so will still have to give it the thumbs up for maintenence. Shampoo, soap and body wash were pre-filled into a dispenser in your toilet (not small bottles). Unfortunately for the one night i was there, I did not have any shampoo. I am sure staff would have fixed that up for me if I requested but I was leaving so didn't bother. Excellent location, central to almost everything you need in the CBD. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Made checking in and out very easy to complete. I initially thought it would be noisy but it was actually very quiet to sleep in. My window had no view as it was directly facing another building but to be honest you aren't going to pick this hotel to stay in it all day. If you stay here you are picking it for the location and comfortable sleep. Most likely you will want to spend most of your days exploring the CBD. Overall I will come back here again...may be a little pricey for a single person but if you come with a partner or a second person this is definitely worth a stay.

The hotel is well situated in the city centre with accessibility to the nearby train stations and bus stops. Staff are friendly and the rooms clean. During our stay the elevator broke down and created a some hassle to take the staff elevator (which broke down for a while as well)

The bed was comfortable and there was a choice of pillows, the room wasn't large but had everything that was needed, and was clean. There wasn't any view but the location was more important to me than the view. It was close to Town Hall Station, the QVB which is such a beautiful building with lovely shops and cafes and easy walking distance to Circular Quay. Buses were nearby too if needed.
