Mermaid Cove Resort Gold Coast Guest Reviews
The general area was very dirty and smelt musky. The unit was hot and the use of the patio was limited when it rained. The service by the office staff was shocking and rude. the utensils and kitchen items provided were basic... plastic knives and forks and the coffee cups etc were all heavily stained !!! The bathroom was extremely hot and did not have any ventilation.

the room needed a good clean!floors and furniture quite dirty but it was worth the clean for the location etc would go back if pricing was the same .....just take some bleach and disenfectant and all will be good

As we arrived at 4.30 pm Friday -leaving again at 5pm to officiate at State SLS Championships and occupied the unit only the 2 evenings from 9.30pm till 6.am each evening and used none of the facilities I think it unfair to supply a rating except for the fact that we found it clean and had what we needed - and thankfully Ice in the freezer for our use- Management supplying linen for the fold out without us asking, seeing that there were two single female pensioers We did not see where we were to leave keys on our early departure so left them in the manager's letter box then rang to check they were retrieved. Thanks again
