Located in the financial district of Hainan's capital, the Meritus Mandarin Haikou is close to the harbour. The hotel is just 30 minutes drive from the Meilan Airport and is conveniently located near the beaches and historical sites.

A lovely hotel, great facilities, fantastic staff. A little bit too far from the beach but close to the shops. I would recommend this hotel to a friend

Nice hotel with great services and a low price although I was surprised to see a 15% service fee added on to the bill. First time I see that kind of fee.

This Hotel is excellent. Surprisingly the Western Restaurant is even better than the Chinese one. There''s only one irritation I felt, the mosquitoes at Lobby Waiting Area.

You need to be prepared to take a short taxi ride or long walk to get downtown but this is not a major problem. The staff were very helpful, friendly & polite and facilities were great.

This hotel is a good hotel and a real value for the money. The only thing that was a bother during my visit was the fact that they were doing some maintenance painting and the odor from the paint was too strong in the common areas and elevators. Didn''t notice it too much in the room. The staff that I dealt with were very personable and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to all business people going to Haikou.
