No proper air conditioning or fan or heating in a small room that was sometimes stuffy and if windows are opened, cold.

Very good hotel, clean room, friendly service. Only airconditioning system was poor, could do with individual room a/c units for more comfortable sleep

excellent location, very friednly staff, good-sized room, rates are not cheap for a tourist but special offers are very good. didnt try breakfast at the hotel, there are lots of cafes nearby where you can get breakfast at half the hotel price. would recommend and come back!

Very enjoyable stay in the Mercure Zentrum. Room was a bit on the small side but that was more than made up for by the location which is within 3 minutes walk of Stefansplatz. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold options available. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone else.
