The Hotel was very quiet, not many guests staying at the time, but we were made very welcome.Atmosphere was very low key and relaxing The location is ideal for visiting the Ironbridge and the surrounding countryside. The room and facilities were adequate and kept clean.

A delightful hotel. Pleasant surrounding. Stayed there for a wedding, the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Very pleasing Hotel good and proffesional Staff. Food of a good standard and well served. Only issue was the bathroom which was in need of some repairs to bath taps. Will use Hotel again. Thank you

We were disappointed with this hotel - the room was cold and it took 1 hour to find a heater, which then did not work, another hour to find one which did. Room service was very slow. Grounds were unkempt. Food was good.
