This motel is located very close to the subway and shops and has very helpfull staff to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Also, the parking is directly underground and easily accesible.

This hotel is very handy to the city with the railway right next door. There is underground parking and the rooms are really comfortable and a great price.

Very close to the Kings Cross metro station, but the Kings Cross neighbourhood is rather "colourful". A business-like hotel. I missed having an armchair in my room. Staff are very courteous & efficient. Hotel is rather new. I'll stay again. I enjoyed being there.

I have already booked this hotel again. The best value out of about 15 hotels I have stayed at in Sydney. Upgrade from when it was named The Crest has been well done. Note - Japan Airlines was using it for their air crew.

Great location - easy to get anywhere from here and lots of dining choices around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room with fantastic city and water views from our window. BUT - very noisy. Don't plan on getting too much sleep ona Friday or Saturday night with people coming in and out of the lift all night, yelling down the hallway and banging on doors. You can also hear the street noise all night. It is good value fro monsy abd I would stay here again but with ear plugs.

On arrival, we received an upgrade to a room with harbour views. The king bed was very comfortable and staff very helpful. Would stay here again.

everything is great and fine, amazing views of sydney city skyline and the harbour! Just the paper thin walls is a minus.

First the down-side, and this was the only thing... The room is quite small and had no desk space which is a pain for business travel. The rest is all good. I had some trepidation about staying in Kings Cross however the hotel faces Victoria Street which is a completely different world to Darlinghurst Road - the original sleazy KC - on the other side of the hotel. Access to Sydney's excellent train system is great with an entrance to the station about 50m away. Hotel staff were pleasant and efficient and there are some nice cafes along Victoria St.

A slight problem having to park car ilegally whilst checking in but the night reception guy was great, gave me a room on the top floor as the noise on the street can be a problem and then he waived the parking charge for the two nights!! Bravo! Then on checkout Mr grumpy on checkout interogated me about this and said he would be checking my story, moral of the story.. Get it in writing

The room looked like the photos which is always a plus. And it had a view, as promised. It was a good size, with a comfortable bed - very pleasant indeed.

Nice modern room with a great view of the harbour bridge and a very comfortable bed. Late check-out and secure parking were a bonus. We could not have asked for better value for money.

The hotel is actually re-opened after idle for 2 years (as I learnt from the housekeeping staff), but not newly opened (as indicated on their website last month). The rooms were refurblished, but some of the facilities do not function well, e.g. water pressure of the shower was low, lighting was not sufficient, water in the bathtub flew away very slowly and also there're noisy telephone lines. Moreover, the cleanliness was poor, e.g. the newly replaced towels were always come with extra hair, and I once find blood stains on them. Fortunately, the service was okay and the staffs were quite friendly.
