Ideally located very close to the theatres. Reception was excellent and we were booked in efficiently. Unfortunately the car park was full but alternative parking was available via the hotel at a nearby NCP car park at £5. We stayed for breakfast on Sunday morning and had a first class meal well presented with a range of offerings.

We stayed in Stratford for our wedding. the hotel was lovely. Very conveniently located. Staff friendly and attentive. Standard of facilities excellent. Arrive earlier rather than later to aviod not being able to park in hotel car park, as spaces are limited. Will definetly go back again and would recommend to others.

Maybe it is not fair to compare a very old hotel with a modern one, but my wife and I and our daughter agreed that this was a unique experience, and well worth the price we paid. The rooms are very comfortable, and the atmosphere fantastic. So for a short stay in Stratford upon Avon we highly recommend it.

Hotel is in a fantastic location on Chapel Street right in the centre but the hotel itself is the star. A fantastic old building with not a straight edge in sight (at the old front section of the hotel). An important note though, it is the front section of the hotel that is very old, the newer rear section does not have the same charm. It is very expensive to stay here and my reason for justifying the cost was to stay in ye olde room. We had an evening meal at the hotel resteraunt on Saturday night and the food and service were superb, as were the breakfasts

We were very impressed with everything. The only thing that was lacking was the food it was very bland and very small portions.
