Clean small room,you should depend on yourself to carry your luggages.parking is away from the hotel and not good.Otherwise room was clean very good location many restaurants near from it and nice staffs and helpful

the hotel is currently in the process of renovation. the room and even whole hotel smell painting. it's good to stay there at moment, but i am sure it will be good after the renovation completed.

This hotel is not a four star hotel, unless my college dormitory also qualified... The room was the size of the twin bed plus a one foot wide walkway to get in it... The hotel is fifteen minutes from town by tram, plus you have to wait seven to ten minutes for that. The neighborhood is a red light district full of Thai nightclubs, adult video supermarkets, and an assortment of drunk and drugged out beggars on the streetcorners. I wold not recommend it to a teenage backpacker, let alone call it a four star hotel. Stay Away!

We were very pleased with this hotel. Sebastian was very helpful on our arrival. we were delighted with the room - spacious, on 5th floor, at back of the building, so very quite and comfortable. Hotel has been refurbished so everything is new. We are looking forward to our next visit. Tram stop is nearby, with direct line to Paradeplatz (line 2), every 7 mins. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation

this is beside city train station, while it is about 20mins to city center by city train. the room is very nice, ´there is a coffee maschine, you can cook coffee in morning by yourself.
