My family and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in June. It was a pleasant experience for us. The room, though is small, is very clean and modernly featured. The front office staff can speak English and that is very important for tourists like me who cannot understand Japanese. They are accommodating and would accede to guests' requests. The hotel is conveniently located in the area where you can find eateries everywhere! It is close to the train station where the underground shopping begins (pole town). All in all, thumbs up to this hotel.

This is in a great location, shopping, food and close to train station exit . But unlike with most Japanese hotel the rooms it is not small and a good bathroom. We would definitely stay again and can rcommend.

The hotel room was nice size by Japan standard. Room was new and clean with comfortable bed and interesting deco. Service was excellent with staff speaking the most fluent English that we heard in Hokkaido (we spoke with at least 3 or 4 staff.) Location was great with nearby subway and bus stop to New Chitose Airport. A short walk from Odori Park and we even walked to Sapporo Station (about 20 to 25 mins walk.) There is a great crab restaurant directly opposite the hotel. We had our best meal in Hokkaido there! A bit pricy but it worths every cent! Ask the hotel for 10% discount voucher. Would strongly recommend this hotel!

This is a very good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located in the city and within walking distance from the train station and Sapporo tower. Hotel design is new and the rooms are clean.
