Mercure Rouen Centre Cathedrale Hotel Guest Reviews
I have stayed in a number of hotels over the recent years, many of them from the Accor Group, who own this hotel chain. I found the rooms to be far better than you would expect in the price range. The staff were helpful, extremely friendly and the location was great for restaurants (a broad selection nearby) and also to the sites, primarily the ancient churches and cathedrals. The location is deep in the medieval part of town and can be challenging to get to via car, but there is parking below the hotel and is money well spent.
