Mercure Resort Hunter Valley Gardens Guest Reviews
Great place to stay. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was fantastic.

We stayed for a night and although its cold outside, the air-con was working nicely. The shower facility was great and the room is clean and tidy. Will go back to stay again if in the area!

I like the location of this resort. It is close to the shopping village and the garden. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Great, except no pay TV channels as promised

Rooms clean and well presented. Breakfast service in the restaurant significantly below standard and value of food low. We had a half price breakfst and it wasn't worth even what we paid. Staff not accommodating and providing minimum of service. I was told to find my own cutlery off another table, we weren't shown to a table at all, and my husband's request to refill the muesli was met with 'well, I'll HAVE to go and get it!" instead of 'yes sir, of course!'
