When we arrived at the hotel, it was promising. The location is great and the reception area was nice with a comfortable bar area. The lady that checked us in was friendly and helpful. Then we got to the room. The room is very small and not comfortable in the slightest. However it was clean. Aside from the woman that checked us in, the staff were very unfriendly and at times rude. I can't say I enjoyed my stay there and will definitely not stay again.

The location is really great. Just a few minutes walk to the tube - taking you directly to Heathrow airport - all terminals. Just a few bus stops away from The National History Museum, V&A Museum, Harrods and Hyde Park. The staff was really friendly and cleanliness was great. Full breakfast is worthy. However, the room was quite small - we barely fit our suitcases next to the bed. We have to jump over them to reach the bathroom. The bed was also small. Not suitable for a long stay, but for a few days wandering the shops and pubs - it was great!
