very old and basic, we were left stood outside the hotel for 45 minutes in the evening as the doors were locked and there was no one at the desk. the bar is closed on sundays, the lift only accomadates 1 person with a suitcase. We would not return to this hotel

Perfect location in centre of Lille - wonderful service. I would definately recommend the Mercure and would certianly stay there again.

Good, clean, typical Mercure accommodation. Fairly large room by french standards. Fantastic location- 2 mins wlk to beautiful city square with lots of cafes and restaurants
