For 70 yr olds to be expected to walk up stairs to enter the room on the bathroom level, then down stairs to the room. then up and down stairs during the night. Not to mention NO HAND RAILS inside or outside the room. Advertised parking facilities, inhouse restaurant and bar didn't exist. We were completely miss-informed. It will take a lot to get us into another ACCOR establishment.

Very tired hotel. Carpets worn, air-con kept blowing fuses. Staff unsure of proceedures. Great location in Auckland CBD. Along walk to paid parking. Verry dissapointed.

this could be one of the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life. I stayed on Friday and i had to catch a plane next day but I couldn't sleep due to loud music from outside. According to the hotel staff member, they cannot do anything with that. I believe that if a hotel is close to night club or somewhere make noise, they have to do something to reduce the level of noise. Well, my experience at this hotel was terrible and never want to stay at this again when I stay in Auckland CBD.

This hotel has great location on the main street of downtown Auckland, offers valet overnight car parking for an extra fee, with limited number of carparks and on a first come basis. Our room had full cooking facilities was warm and clean. Quiet despite the Saturday night binge drinkers that are the plague of downtown Auckland with muffled yells all through the night. Cooked or continental breakfast extra and expensive.
