Very helpful staff at reception. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Beds are comfortable with a wonderful pillow selection. Location was excellent - next to Central station.

Great Accommodation. The room was fairly small though with 2 double beds in it. I did ask for an upgrade as I am an accor member - as I have stayed at this accommodation previously - but unfortunately they told me I was not eligible.... Also breakfast on the 2nd and 3rd Morning - the coffee machine was not working, and to top this off the girl who I spoke to who was trying to fix one of the coffee machines was quite rude, and offered me a short black about 20 mins after the first confrontation, only to find it was cold and disgusting. Not impressed.

it has facilities but you hve to pay for everything, parking, foxtel just has 2 channels discovery and ch8 the rest you pay, small rooms, $120 a night would be more than enough for this hotel, i know its in sydney cbd but i didnt like it.

It's good value with breakfast included. The double glass window is good but our room is the corner one facing two streets. So it's not that quiet during night time.

Oh! i love the 2 double bed as requested,the crisp linen & very comfortable pillows( you get to choose amongst).the only downside is no free water in the room,its AUD$ 4.50/ bt.
