Everything eas good except for your service! While I was on the site there was a pop-up to tell me I could talk directly to one of your agents. My onlu problerm was, in view of the heat wave in France, that the hotel have airconditioning, The message I received was that the only air-conditioned hotel in Honfleur was Mercure. Not so. We sweltered. Had I known we'd have booked a hotel closeer to the old harbour and still sufferened from the heat, but in a better location.
