Mercure Hotel Greifswald Am Gorzberg Guest Reviews
The experience at this hotel was the worst. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant. Would not help with baggage, information, or ideas. The room was dismal, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. If this is how Accor are in other countries, i suggest you give them a wide berth, way overpriced for the experience. Maybe they should spend some money on staff training in manners and service.
