Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Airport Guest Reviews
The Hotel is good, especially its location and shuttle service to/from the airport. The room was clean, warm and of the right size. Breakfast was too expensive for the amount of food you can eat in the morning.

Standard of service is what you would expect from a Mercure Hotel. Staff were very helpful and went that bit further to assist.

Even with the shuttle (which at best runs only every 30 minutes), the hotel is about 15 minutes from the main terminal building at Frankfurt Airport. The shuttle bus cannot take you to the front door of the hotel, so you need to walk 2 minutes with your luggage to get from the bus to the main entrance. The nearest S-bahn station to get into Frankfurt is either a 15-minute walk or a shuttle bus ride back to the terminal. The staff was very friendly, responding to our need for a room on the main floor when we noticed the one elevator was not working (we had lots of luggage from one month of traveling). English was easily understood. The breakfast buffet was very nice - plentiful choices and good tasting.
