Excellent service (recovered lost mobile) but needs better travel instructions. Good room facilities. Clean and modern (redecorating taking place) A handy stopover for an early London meeting.

Reception area was being refurbished and the bar area and dining room were cold. If I had known this in advance, I would have booked another hotel.
