Easy access, but not within walking distance of city centre. University area, so local restaurants cater for that market. Bedroom tired, but bathroom re-fitted/good. Staff helpful and flexible re. restaurant. Used by tour companies. Typical motel type accomodation, for a Mercure brand would have expected more.

Although not too close to the center of Dunedin, we found some really nice trails nearby to run on in the morning. We were only there for one night, so the hotel was fine for what we needed. Our main complaint was that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated extremely.
