Although not too close to the center of Dunedin, we found some really nice trails nearby to run on in the morning. We were only there for one night, so the hotel was fine for what we needed. Our main complaint was that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated extremely.

The lodge was a pleasant surprise as it was better then the photos and description in the ad. A real value and comfortable to stay at!

An adequate motel-like accomodation 8 min drive from the Octagon. Clean & comfortable although furnishings are outdated with a musky smell in the entrance hall. Served the purpose of overnight accomodation during New Year period.

The first room I was given had the hotels air conditioning unit on top of it. Could not sleep at all. In the morning I asked to be shifted to another room. The new room which was quite, but the plumbing wouldn't work correctly. The basin tap would shoot water at high speed and then stop, the toilet would not flush. In the morning the shower was like the basin tap, spurting water at high pressure and then nothing. I told reception and i wqas told "we know about that". I am of the view if yoiu know about something wrong, fix it. Would not stay here again.
