Mercure Cheltenham Queen's Hotel Guest Reviews
The waitng-on service was especially poor, on of our rooms, designated "family" was too small and generally not appropriate

The food in the restaurant and bar was excellent too.

Very friendly and efficient staff even if some of the guests were bullying boors. Delightful period building tastefully brought up to date.

Very well situated above the promenade, this grand old lady of Cheltenham hotels continues to adapt to the modern world with an effective makeover of the restaurant and the adjacent Patit Blanc Bistro.
