Mercure Canberra
4 out of 5

I have stayed here a few times. Most things work quite well. I was pleased that there were new and more enthusiatic staff on the desk since my last stay. Rooms are quite roomy. Meals at the adjoining pub are quite reasonable.

Everything about the hotel was perfect for my 2 night stay. As a single tourist it was a very friendly hotel to stay at and the location was perfect to walk to the shopping centre , also it was only a short taxi ride to the major attractions and the airport..

This hotel was all a top hotel should be but the toilet was set at such an angle in the bathroom as to be difficult for a 6 foot man to do what a man has to do comfortably. Apart from that the hotel met all expectations.
