As far as concern the location, it is far away from the centre of the town where historical buildings and night life are.During the breakfast time the tables were not cleaned for the next customer. there were a variety of food but not quality.No fresh fruits for example. The room some times was smelling owfully. It doesn t keeps its standards and reputation as a Sofitel Hotel.

The Staff is NOT 100% English Speaking. Travel Services are good. NO Vegetarian food available.

The hotel has older style rooms which are not of a 5-star rating (more like a 3 1/2 star rating). The location is central to the pyramids and offers adequate transportation in and around the area. The lounge and dining facilies are good.

Nice hotel, pool was out of service while we were there. Morning buffet was excellent Interent charges were high, and open at certain times Visa machine not working at check out nor was the ATM I was never able to use their ATM machine for some reason Close to the Pyrmids
